As an Outreach/Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between customers and insurance carriers, ensuring small business employees are successfully enrolled in their benefits. You’ll handle proactive support via phone, text, and email in a high-volume, fast-paced startup environment.
Key Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• A Life and Health Insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within 3 months).
• Strong multitasking skills and familiarity with Salesforce (a plus).
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 7 AM – 6 PM CST.
