Quick Summary:
Outschool is looking for multiple Customer Support Representatives for their Escalations team. In this role, you will be an expert in Outschool’s inner workings, handling complex and sensitive customer support conversations via chat and email. You’ll resolve inquiries from parents and teachers with empathy, sound judgment, and superb attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
• Schedule: 35-40 hours per week; flexible daytime hours but must include 1 weekend day.
• Skills: Strong investigative and decision-making skills with excellent written communication.
• Eligibility: Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
• Nice to Have: Background in K-12 education, startups, or previous escalated support experience.
