As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will guide families through the pre-planning process for cremation services. This is a consultative, high-empathy role where you take warm inbound calls to educate families, build trust, and help them make confident decisions for the future.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of B2C phone-sales success.

• Approach: Mastery of consultative selling (discovering needs and building value without pressure).

• Mission-Driven: Deep empathy and a desire to provide “unmatched hospitality” to families during sensitive times.

• Bonus: Spanish fluency and experience in high-trust environments (insurance, healthcare, etc.).
