You won’t just be editing; you’ll be a “Video Publisher,” responsible for finding the “gold” in long-form footage and turning it into high-velocity, viral clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. If you understand pacing, captions, and hook-driven storytelling, this is for you.

Key Requirements:

• Style: Mastery of high-engagement, fast-paced editing (captions, emojis, sound effects, B-roll).

• Strategy: Ability to identify viral moments from podcasts and raw footage independently.

• Platform Expert: Deep knowledge of TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms.
