Quick Summary:
Safe Step is a leader in providing safety and independence for seniors. In this role, you’ll drive revenue recovery by managing strategic lead campaigns like “Cancel-Save” and “Rehash.” You’ll contact potential customers to offer strategic pricing adjustments, win back canceled sales, and set qualified leads for the virtual sales team.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in an inside sales or contact center environment.
• Tech Savvy: Deep familiarity with CRMs; experience with LeadPerfection, Five9, Snowfly, or LivePro is a major plus.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value-based selling and the ability to meet aggressive revenue targets under pressure.
• Reliability: Must have a track record of regular and reliable attendance.
