Quick Summary:
Grow Therapy is on a mission to make mental healthcare accessible by empowering therapists and patients. As a Partnership Support Specialist, you will provide top-tier support to clinicians and clients via phone, chat, and email. You’ll resolve billing roadblocks, investigate technical bugs, and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Key Requirements:
• Shift: Must be able to work 12 PM – 9 PM EST.
• Experience: At least 2 years in customer support (Healthcare billing knowledge is a huge plus).
• Phone Support: Minimum 1 year of experience assisting customers over the phone.
• Skills: High attention to detail, natural empathy, and the ability to multitask across large databases.
